MobilePlus is an online marketplace that makes it easy to buy and sell smartphones, tablets, MacBooks, iPods, Video Consoles, and much more. We believe our online marketplace attracts individuals like you, who are looking for a better, simpler place to make and save money on consumer electronics.
What makes MobilePlus different from other online marketplaces?
MobilePlus removes the hassle from buying and selling online. As a seller, you can sell us your item in seconds. We get you more cash for your items. When your sell us your items, you are automatically presented with a pre-paid shipping label you can use to send us your item(s) for free. During the checkout process, you also have the option to choose PayPal or to receive a paper check (snail mail) to get paid.
As a buyer, you can browse new and gently-used items and save a bundle off the retail price. Our return policy and payment protection guarantees your satisfaction.
Does MobilePlus Worldwide Buy from or Sell to customers outside of the United States?
For individuals, we do not currently buy from or sell to customers outside the United States. However, we do sell in bulk to wholesale buyers provided all of our Seller requirements are met.
MobilePlus Worldwide is excited about the possibility for future expansion, but for now our service is available only in the United States.

Can I use MobilePlus Worldwide if I live outside of the United States?
MobilePlus does not support shipping outside of the contiguous United States. The credit card that you use on the MobilePlus website must be issued from a bank within the United States and connected to a U.S. address. Thus, any purchases made on our site (i.e., mobile phone, tablet, iPad, iPod, other electronic device, etc.) must be shipped to an address in the United States.
Is it safe to buy and sell on MobilePlus Worldwide?
MobilePlus ensures the safe transfer of your information using a secure https connection with 256-bit encryption. When buying from us, money exchanges are held securely by MobilePlus during the transaction and our service team (contact email@example.com) has your back if anything goes wrong.
How is Market Price determined?
In the consumer electronics marketplace, prices will either stay the same or they will move downward on a weekly basis and especially when a new model is released (i.e., iPhone, Video Consoles, etc.). Therefore, each week we update pricing on MobilePlus to ensure you are getting the latest Market Price, a figure that gets you the most money for your item in a speedy time frame.
What can I sell to MobilePlus?
How do I get paid?
Proceeds are deposited into your PayPal account 3 days after acceptance by MobilePlus (your buyer). You can withdraw that money from PayPal to your bank account, keep the credit on your PayPal account for future use or receive a paper check from us in the mail. MobilePlus deducts $3 from your proceeds if you choose to receive a check in the mail.
Can I get paid through PayPal?
Yes, you can get paid through PayPal and it is our preferred method in which to send your proceeds to you. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to set one up, click here. If you prefer a paper check, be sure to select this option on the checkout page.
How do I send my item to MobilePlus?
When you sell your item to MobilePlus, you are immediately able to print a pre-paid label for shipping your item to us once the sale is completed in the shopping cart. You will need to pick-up a Priority Mail box for MacBook and gaming console sales (free at the post office) and we use bubble mailers for smartphones and iPods.
When ready to ship, be sure to protect the item with bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts (item should not be able to move inside the mailer) and place the package in your outgoing mail. We want to ensure your item arrives without any damage; we offer up to $2.50 credit to purchase bubble wrap and/or bubble mailers to protect the item you are shipping.
Is my item insured?
We’ve insured your item(s) from the start with no extra fees. Lost or damaged items are extremely rare, but if there is a problem, we’ll first confirm it was mailed and then work with our insurance carrier to get you the proceeds for your sale.
Can I include extra stuff in the sale, like my phone or tablet case?
The postage for each bubble mailer is calculated to a specific weight. Including extra accessories like cases can cause shipping problems and will not increase the value of your sale. Please DO NOT include any accessories beyond your power adapter and cable when using bubble mailers.
Flat Rate Envelope/Box
The postage rate does not change when a USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope or box (noted on the label) is used to ship your item. You can use the same flat rate envelope or box when selling multiple items as long as the items are protected inside the envelope or box. Including additional accessories with your shipment DOES NOT increase the value of your sale. If you choose to include additional accessories in your shipment, please be sure to protect the item you are selling so that the additional items to not scratch or damage your higher valued item.
NOTE: Shipping companies are very rough with packages; so protect your items with bubble wrap and/or styrofoam peanuts.
Can I sell multiple phones or tablets at once?
Yes! You can sell us a few items or several items at the same time.
If you have more than 10 cell phones or tablets to sell at once, please visit our bulk selling page and tell us what you wish to sell on the form provided. We’ll connect your items with one of our trusted bulk buyers, coordinate shipping, and make sure you get top dollar.
Which shipping service does MobilePlus use?
Almost all packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service. We use USPS First Class and Priority shipping depending on weight and distance. Wholesale purchases are shipped via FedEx or UPS depending on weight and distance.
Can I drop the package into a blue USPS mailbox?
Yes, packages for phones, tablets, and iPods are accepted in those blue USPS collection boxes. You can also put the package in your outgoing mail or drop it off at your local post office. For laptops and game consoles, please be sure to drop the box off at the post office or schedule a USPS pickup.
How will you update me on my sale?
We’ll email you every step of the way, from when your item sells to when your proceeds are credited to your PayPal account or sent by check through the postal service.
How do I wipe the data from my phone or tablet before I ship it?

A factory restore erases the information and settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod and installs the latest version of iOS or iPod software.
Get your device ready
- Check that you have the latest version of iTunes on your Mac or PC. If you can’t access a computer and your device still works, you can erase and restore your device without a computer.
- If you want to save the information on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, make a backup.
- Go to Settings > iCloud. Turn off Find My iPhone.
Restore your device to factory settings
- Open iTunes on your Mac or PC. If you can’t access a computer and your device still works, you can erase and restore your device without a computer.
- Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to your computer with the cable that came with your device.
- If a message asks for your device passcode or to Trust This Computer, follow the onscreen steps. If you forgot your passcode, get help.
- Select your iPhone, iPad, or iPod when it appears in iTunes. For an unresponsive device or one that won’t turn on, learn what to do. Or get help if your device doesn’t appear in iTunes.
- In the Summary panel, click Restore [device].
- Click Restore again to confirm. Then iTunes erases your device and installs the latest iOS or iPod software.
- After your device restores to factory settings, it restarts. Now you can set it up as new.

Should I remove my Apple ID and iCloud accounts before shipping?
Yes! Your Apple and iCloud accounts must be removed/deleted from your iPhone before shipping. Click here to view instructions on how to remove your Apple ID account using iTunes.
Should I deactivate my phone before shipping?
Yes, please call your carrier (e.g., AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) and make sure to deactivate the phone before shipping. A shipped phone that is not deactivated will likely result in a return.
Why don't you carry the item I want to sell?
We update the catalog weekly with new products. If you don’t see your item in the search bar, try an alternate product title or ask us to add it to the catalog here.
